Aeonium hierrense x dyplocycla is an incredibly rare interspecific hybrid created from seed grown plants by Anthony Riley.
Its a beautiful plant taking on strong yet, low growth from both its parents - Aeonium hierrense & Aeonium dyplocycla.
Aeonium dyplocycla originates from La Palma in the Canary Islands whilst Aeonium hierrense is also believed to be on the island so this interspecific hybrid is perfectly feasible - isn't it amazing what nature can conjure up?!
A real collectors plant!
