Aeonium 'Hongyan' was a new introduction from Asia in 2020 and is a variegated form of 'Mardi Gras'.
'Hongyan' translates as 'Red Flower' in Mandarin and it is true to its namesake!
As with most variegated Aeoniums there is a fantastic colour evolution throughout the season with an amazing Candy Pink & White colouration in the Winter as light levels reduce dramatically from the growing season.
