Ceropegia Woodii 'String of Hearts' is an easy-care trailing Succulent with Heart-shaped Grey leaves with attractive mottling, and Pinkish undersides.
In summer it will bear Pink, tubular flowers as the plant matures and can grow to 4m in length!
