Opuntia engelmannii is a prickly pear common across the south-central and Southwestern United States and northern Mexico.
It goes by a variety of common names, including the desert prickly pear and will be hardy in the UK if kept dry overwinter.
This is a tough, very hardy Opuntia which has a low sprawling, prostrate form to help it growing at extremely high altitude.
Please Note: Succulents change colour throughout the year and the plants we deliver can look different from the pictures. All plants are shipped bare root (without soil).
