Rhipsalis cereuscula is more commonly called the 'Coral Cactus' and comes from South America.
Although called a cactus, it is an evergreen and epiphytic succulent. Epiphytic simply means that it is a tree-dwelling plant.
The light Green stems of this succulent are accented with small clusters that give the plant the appearance of coral. This is why among the interesting aliases bestowed upon Rhipsalis Cereuscula are 'Coral Cactus'.
The stems of Rhipsalis cereuscula start out straight and measure 90cm then become pendants as they grow heavier. This is a type of succulent that can bloom throughout the year if it’s properly taken care of.
The flowers are bell-shaped, have a greenish-White colour, and are often tinged with Pink.
Please Note: Succulents change colour throughout the year and the plants we deliver can look different from the pictures. All plants are shipped bare root (without soil).
